Where The Party At? Nelly Gets Arrested For Meth And Weed In Tennessee

by A. Mia Logan

Last night St. Louis rapper Nelly was arrested after state troopers searched his tour bus (what is he on tour for?!!) during a routine traffic stop Saturday morning. According to the state police in Tennessee, the Tip Drill creator was caught with crystal meth, several handguns and a small amount of weed.

The Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security says:

The troopers discovered in the sleeper area a plastic bag that contained five colored crystal-type rocks that tested positive for methamphetamine, as well as a small amount of marijuana and other drug paraphernalia. Further investigation revealed approximately 100 small Ziploc bags that are commonly associated with the sale of narcotics and numerous handguns, including a gold-plated 50-caliber Desert Eagle pistol, a 45-caliber [Taurus] pistol, and a 500 magnum Smith and Wesson.
The 40-year-old pimp juicer, real name Cornell Haynes, has been charged with felony drug possession for the meth, simple possession for the weed and possession of drug paraphernalia. Luckily, Nelly is already back to mobbing in his Air Force Ones as he was let out on a $10,000 bond (must be the money). He'll have to return to Tennessee for court this June to settle this dilemma.
