When we last checked in on former That's So Raven star and sometime rapper Orlando Brown he was hiding in a closet from bounty hunters who were looking to cash in on warrants on him, including one for roughing up his ex-girlfriend. 

He's spent time in rehab since then. Apparently, that didn't take because of he was seen wandering around with a box of wine and no shoes.

It appears Brown was booted from the home of the friend he had been staying with and that's why he was bare feet to the pavement and ranting about God.

After the video went viral, everyone noticed that Brown looks like Trippie Redd without the face tats.
