It wasn't a strong week for Hip Hop at the box office.
We've already documented the opening week struggles of Tory Lanez, Kid Cudi, and Freddie Gibbs.
But they all beat poor YG. His I Got Issues album didn't get a mid-week projection.
When the final numbers dropped today, we learned why. YG's sixth album did a shy under 14K in its first week. That's a big drop from the 64K his 2020 album My Life 4Hunnid did and will barely break the top 50 on the album charts.
