Two weeks ago, Offset was arrested in Atlanta for driving on a suspended license.

That turned out to be a big misunderstanding, and the Migos member -- who spent most of 2015 locked up on drugs and guns charges -- only spent a day in jail.

He's back in jail this morning, and this time it seems like the charges may stick.

Offset was pulled over in Chattahoochee, GA yesterday and the cops say they found marijuana (less than an ounce) in his car. They also say he was driving on a suspended license, apparently disagreeing with the Atlanta PD that he had already cleared up that situation.

If Offset is able to make bail he may want to stay off the road for a while.
