Two very disturbing videos of troubled former NBA player Delonte West leaked on Monday.
In the first West is beaten and stomped on in the middle of the street.

In the second, he's in cuffs ranting on about guns and declaring himself president.
The Prince George's Country, Maryland police officer who filmed the second video has been suspended after an investigation.
According to the police, they responded to a call about a fight and when they found West bleeding from the face and acting erratically they decided to cuff him. West said he knew the man who attacked him and they had argued that morning prior to the assault. He declined to press charges or get medical treatment.
West suffers from bi-polar disorder and has been filmed in both the DC-area and Texas looking disturbed and disheveled.
