N.O.R.E Goes In On Kanye West's "Jesus Is King" Album

by HHL JT

Kanye West's gospel project Jesus Is King is fairly popular with the album buying and streaming public.

But it's not for everyone, and N.O.R.E. would be among the everyone it's not for.

During an appearance on Nick Cannon's Power 106 show, Noreaga trashed Ye's latest effort. [Jump to 3 minutes.]

"It's trash," N.O.R.E opinioned. "I heard the album. I love you Kanye. I buy your sneakers ... I know you [Cannon] smashed Kardashians before. I didn't mean to say it like that. But, I love Kim, Kim is my hero right now even more than Kanye. For jail reform, what she's doing. Kim is my favorite person in the world right now. But I feel like she didn't hear this album ... I feel like Jesus ain't even co-sign this one. Jesus was like, yo, Ye.... Jesus is mad at this n*gga right now."

Next, the Drink Champs podcaster admitted his hate of the album may have something to do with Kanye doing his pre-album interview with foreigner Zane Lowe, rather than a show like his or Cannon's.

I'ma be honest, I'm a hater. Listen, I'm kinda hater. Let me explain why, Nick. Zane Lowe is a person that I respect but I don't respect. .. So when I see a Kanye, a Drake, a J. Cole, a Pusha T and I see you ever go to any place other than [Drink Champs], the culture, I have a problem with that. I'm not mad at Zane Lowe at all.  I'm mad a Kanye.

N.O.R.E. went onto say that Drake admitted he's afraid to come to Drink Champs.
