Right before Thanksgiving rumors swirled of the possible release of a new Foamposite One colorway – Metallic Gold.

We got a silver mirror-like foam colorway  All Star weekend, and now we can expect to see that hinted-at golden version of the kicks by St. Paddy's Day .

The design of these foams feature an all shimmering gold colored upper. The black sockliner is accompanied by black laces, gold colored stitching, a small golden swoosh on the toebox and a gold Penny Hardaway logo on the heel tab. The outsole is outlined in a translucent icy blue tone with black inserts and another golden Penny Hardaway logo on the bottom. Lastly, the carbon fiber archway native to the foamposite stays traditional with its black and grey checkered pattern. Dropping March 14th, the new foams will be available at select Nike retailers for $230
