Billboard had threatened to dock Nicki Minaj's sales for running a contest in which she offered prizes to fans who produced proof they had bought or downloaded four copies of her new Pink Friday 2 album.
So far they haven't.
The unofficial numbers are in, and Pink Friday 2 blew past its initial projections to post a 228K first week.
That's the ninth-best debut ever for a female rapper.
