Nick Cannon's Talk Show Axed After One Season

by Daryl Nelson

With Wendy Williams being away from her talk show due to having some physical and mental health challenges, it would be easy for one to think that Nick Cannon's talk show would take over.

But that wasn't the case and now his show is canceled after being on-air for just a few months.

“It’s never easy to cancel a production with clear potential, but after a great deal of deliberation and examining various options, we have made the difficult business decision to end production on Nick Cannon," Lionsgate’s Debmar-Mercury production company said in a statement.

Nick hasn't commented on the cancellation yet. He still hosts the Masked Singer and Wild "N Out, however, so he'll be more than OK.

Did you think his talk show was going to last a lot longer?
