A few days ago, the woman accusing Nelly of raping her on a tour bus said she won't testify against him because she doesn't believe she can get a fair shake. But that's not keeping police in Washington State from continuing on with their investigation.
TMZ reports that they're still gathering evidence about the alleged rape and will present the case to the prosecutor within a week. Even though the woman won't testify against the 'Hot in Herre" rapper, the prosecutor can still charge him, although getting a conviction may prove to be difficult.
Meanwhile, in South Florida, Nelly performed for the first time since being accused and received some words of advice from T.I.
"Put that bullshit behind you and get back to being great," said Tip, who was on stage with Nelly. You can see that clip below. What do you think will happen to Nelly? Do you think he'll face a judge?
