Early Sunday morning, Nelly was arrested for rape and briefly locked up in a Des Moines, Washington jail.
He was released without being formally charged and vehemently denies he raped anyone.
Nelly's accuser has now told TMZ her side of the story.
According to the 21-year old Seattle resident, she met Nelly at the club, drunk at his table with her friends and got "tipsy."
After the club, she drove off with Nelly's people. She was told they were going to an afterparty, which turned out to be on Nelly's tour bus.
Nelly took her to his room on the bus and tried to have sex with her. She says she said no. She says he then told her to "shut up" and proceeded to have sex with her without a condom, which she also objected to.
When it was over, he tried to offer her money. She said wouldn't accept. Then a woman in Nelly's entourage kicked her off of the bus and threw $100 at her.
Nelly's lawyer Scott Rosenblum echoed his client in maintaining his innocence and attacked the credibility of the accuser.
"It does not surprise me that she wanted to have her story publicized. That is playbook 101 of a person with an agenda and clearly she has one," Rosenblum told TMZ. "The agenda is money, fame and notoriety. She's a person who is making a dangerous, fraudulent allegation to accomplish her own goals."Rosenblum also told TMZ he has an investigator on the case and that he "will be able to show by objective evidence and unbiased witnesses that she has zero credibility."
We await such receipts.
