Nelly Gets Big Bag For Half Of His Catalog

Nelly has joined the parade of artists who have sold their catalogs.

However, the St. Louis spitter didn't go all the way in.

The 48-year-old has flipped half of his catalog to HarbourView Equity Partners for $50 million.

That would include his eight albums and all sorts of hit singles.

Nelly is still active, and it's unclear if the deal includes any of his future work.

But whatever the full terms are, he has a good chunk of cash to take Ashanti out on a nice date.
