Last week, NBA YoungBoy's probation and house arrest for participating in Baton Rouge driveby were terminated.

He just got put back on probation for roughing up his former girlfriend Jania.

The good news for YoungBoy is he won't be going to jail for beating Jania bloody in a caught-on-tape incident in the lobby of a Georgia hotel.

He was charged with  aggravated assault and kidnapping, but the state's case took a big hit when Jania refused to cooperate and told the DA the two were "just playing around."

Earlier this week, Youngboy pleaded guilty to misdemeanor simple battery family violence and in exchange the assault and kidnapping charges have been dropped. He gets 12 months probation and a $1,500 fine. He also has to take anger management classes and can't have any violent contact with Jania.

We wonder if Jania would have been so ride-or-die if she would have known YoungBoy would later accuse her of spreading STDs.
