Last month, Uncle Trump pardoned NBA YoungBoy, who was still on probation for impersonating a doctor to get prescription medicine, for some unknown reason.
That allowed the 25-year-old to leave Utah and be as outside as he wants to be.
He's been taking advantage of the new freedom.
