NBA YoungBoy's lawyers have been pushing a plan to get their client bonded out on his federal gun case that involves him moving to Utah and working in a home studio surrounded by armed ex-military guards.
However, that plan has been shot down by the judge.
Chief U.S. District Judge Shelly Dick cited a fight YB recently got in at St. Martin Parish Jail as part of her reason for denying the bail package, agreeing with the prosecution argument that YB is "inclined toward reckless, illegal, dangerous behavior" and could get into plenty of trouble in Utah.
Dick's decision can be revisited. But, for now, YoungBoy will remain locked up with no trial date.
