When Drake announced the death of OVO affiliate Fif last week he stayed mum on the details.
Now we know it was a murder, and have graphic videos of exactly what happened.
As you can see, Fif [Anthony Soares] was standing in an apartment lobby when two hooded men came up to the lobby and start shooting through the glass. They fired off between 10 and 15 shots
After they were done shooting the men rushed to a getaway car.
In this video, you can see the gunman leave and then quickly reenter the car.
Toronto police released the videos in hopes of getting information on the gunman.
“Whatever (animosity) or whatever baggage that Mr. Soares had with these two individuals or any part of a group that they’re associated to . . . at this point, it remains unknown,” Detective Sergeant Gary Giroux from Toronto Police Homicide said.Drake paid tribute to his fallen bro this weekend by getting a tattoo of Fif's face on his arm.
