Miley Cyrus Clarifies Comments On Hip Hop

by HHL Editors

In 2013, Miley Cyrus was all about Hip Hop. The artist formerly known as Hannah Montana released a "Dirty South" album called Bangerz, which featured Future, Ludacris and other rappers, and had production from Mike Will Made It and Pharrell.

But the Miley of 2017 isn't feeling that anymore, and she explained why she's now distanced herself from Hip Hop in an interview with Billboard.

“But I also love that new Kendrick [Lamar] song [“Humble”]: “Show me somethin’ natural like ass with some stretch marks.” I love that because it’s not “Come sit on my dick, suck on my cock.” I can’t listen to that anymore. That’s what pushed me out of the hip-hop scene a little. It was too much “Lamborghini, got my Rolex, got a girl on my cock” — I am so not that.”

After that quote got out, Miley was accused of being the culture vulture who tried to fly away.

So she clarified those comments on IG.

Do you get what Miley's saying?
