With WildHeart is in stores now, Miguel is on a press run and just gained some headlines with a statement he made to The Sunday Times. Speaking openly, the R&B singer sends some shots in the direction of Frank Ocean.
"I wouldn’t say we were friends. To be completely honest — and no disrespect to anyone — I genuinely believe that I make better music, all the way around," he tells the publication.You may remember the two were in the 2013 Grammys for Best Urban Contemporary Album, and Frank won. Instead of showing support, Miguel (and Chris Brown) remained seated and he expressed no regrets about his disrespect when he spoke to TMZ about it.
