Migos Says They're Out To Prove That They Haven't Fallen Off

by Daryl Nelson

Migos dropped the video for their new song “Straightenin" on Thursday, May 13, which will probably be on their upcoming Culture 3 album.

The trio also spoke with Apple Music's Zane Lowe about their new music and said they're out to remind everyone that they're top notch artists.

"That’s that chip on our [shoulder]. We rap like we got a chip on our [shoulder],” said Offset, according to AllHipHop.

“You got to let them know sometimes. They forget. Yeah, let them know," added Takeoff.

Then Quavo chimed in.

"We came to remind them," he said. "They seemed to forget. So it’s time to bring the boys back together and come back strong. Stronger than ever."

The group was then asked where they stand among the greatest rap groups of all time. Last month Offset said that Migos changed the entire rap game, which they deserve credit for and Takeoff said something similar

“GOAT status," Quavo told Lowe about Migos' legacy. "It’s time to put our statues outside of the stadium. That’s how we feel ...  [We're] the greatest group in the world.”

Do you agree or disagree with Quavo and the rest of the group?
