Migos' Offset Goes Off On Judge After Being Denied Bond Again

by HHL Editors

Migos member Offset remains in jail on drugs and weapons charges.

In a hearing yesterday he was denied bail for the second time, and he responded by yelling obscenities at judge John R. Turner as he was led out of the Bulloch County courtroom, according to the Statesboro Herald.

Prosecutors argued against allowing Offset (Kiari Kendrell Cephus) to bond out, citing his criminal history -- which includes theft, probation violations, burglary, drug violations and criminal street gang activity. They also brought up a fight the 24-year old had last week with another inmate.

Offset, along with his fellow Migos Takeoff and Quavo and 12 members of their crew, was arrested during a concert at Georgia Southern University last month. The 15 were charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm in a school safety zone and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

Takeoff and Quavo were granted $10,000 bail soon after being booked.
