Method Man Threatens 'Power Book II: Ghost' Viewers for Ripping His Character Davis McLean

by Daryl Nelson

Method Man seems super busy these days, recently announcing that he's working on a new album with Havoc of Mobb Deep, and jumping on Conway's song "Lemonade," off the Buffalo rhymer's album From King to a God.

The Wu-Tang legend also plays defense attorney Davis McLean on Power Book II: Ghost, and a lot of viewers don't care for his character at all.

Some even said the character should be removed from the show altogether, which Meth responded to on Twitter.

Wtf ,my timeline is lit up ! what’s with all the hate hahaha!... Let me just say this for the record Davis McLean is not Method Man... Method Man is not Davis McLean..#acting #PowerTV power got the best fans.hands down! But don’t get your ass whooped tho’.💯
