Memphis Rapper Snootie Wild Dead After Being Shot & Left In Houston Ditch

Memphis rapper Snootie Wild has passed away a day after being found in a ditch near a Houston road with a bullet wound in his neck.

According to investigators, Snootie accidentally backed into the ditch.  Then another vehicle pulled up and a group got out of the car.  The men had a discussion with Snootie which ended with a single shot to Snootie's neck.

He was found and rushed to the hospital in critical condition.  The police have video of the incident but haven't announced any suspects.

Snootie, 36, was best known for his 2013 track "Yayo."  He was signed to Yo Gotti's CMG label.
