In a new clip with Mel and Vlad, the topic of discussion was Biggie Smalls, and if he is one of the GOATS. 

According to Mel, Biggie would never have made it rapping in the early days, and it's because of his rhymes, and the stories he told on the mic.

Back in the day, rappers rapped, and the street guys were left to do the dirty work, and Biggie would have been handled for talking about crimes and drugs on record.
