Boss Mel Murda & The Nine Trey Who Renounced Gang May Be Sent to Same Prison

by HHL JT

Despite his pleas for mercy, Tr3yway boss Jamel "Mel Murda" Jones was sentenced to 135 months in jail for his involvement in the RICO case made famous by Tekashi 6ix9ine.

Roland "Ro Murda" Martin only got 60 months. That's because he's a former Nine Trey member, having renounced the set in May in front of other Tr3yways at the Metropolitan Detention Center.

The scorned Bloods stabbed Ro nine times for his treachery. He suffered two collapsed lungs and a lacerated liver in the attack, and then almost died while being transferred to the hospital because somebody forgot to bring along an oxygen tank.

Judge Englemayer took that all into account when he gave Ro his reduced sentence.

But that reduced sentence could still end up being a death sentence.

Engelmayer ordered Ro Murda to be housed at one of two prisons, FCI Fort Dix or FCI Fairton.

Mel Murda will also be sent to one of those two prisons and so will some of the other ten Nine Treys who either took pleas or were found guilty.

No word on whether Ro gets some kind of protective custody.

Snitch9 is currently being housed in a facility just for government witnesses and is expect to be released with time served on December 18.
