Meet Drake's New OVO Signee Smiley

Drake has signed Toronto rapper Smiley to OVO Sound and hopped on a new track with him as well.

Back in May, Smiley told Complex that Drake reached out to him after hearing his music while he was in jail on a gun charge.

His new song is called “Over the Top” with Drake delivering the verse and hook.

"Got a verse from the boy & it leaked, he sent me a new one said use this instead .. OVER THE TOP ft. @champagnepapi out now," Smiley wrote on Instagram.
