In August, Meek Mill was arrested in New York City for popping wheelies in front of cops during a Harlem video shoot.

Ultimately, prosecutors declined to pursue the charges against Meek.

But he was initially hit with felony reckless endangerment, which is a really big deal when you've had problems with probation over the years.

Meek revisited the summer incident in a recent IG comment, suggesting the system is out to get him.

#MeekMill says he received a felony one for popping wheelies and he feels the system is messing with him purposely. That charge is absolutely insane. #webcelebdaily #celebritynews #entertainment #mmg #celebrity WebCelebDaily.com

As Meek points out, the felony 1 charge he was hit with is usually associated with serious crimes, not wheelies.

Do you think the system is out to get Meek?
