Meek Mill Predicts Mayhem In Philly After Police End Non-Violent Crime Arrests

One would think Meek Mill, an advocate for police and prison reform, would be thrilled when the Philadelphia police announced that because of the Coronavirus they were suspending physical arrests for non-violent crimes.

Instead, Meek seized upon auto theft being included in the non-violent crimes and made a joke.
