Meek Mill has been under house arrest since March 1, and will be so confined until at least June 1.
It was initially reported that Meek wouldn't be allowed to release any music during that time period. But earlier this week we got ‘Trap Vibe’ [Summer Sixteen & Panda Remix] from Meek.
So what gives?
According to TMZ, the judge has ruled Meek can release music in order to "protect his brand." But it can only be on free platforms like SoundCloud, DatPiff and YouTube.
Do you think Meek did a good job "protecting his brand" by remixing a Drake hit?
