The Takeoff memorial service will be tonight at State Farm Arena in his hometown of Atlanta.

Meek Mill won't be able to make it.

But Meek used his Twitter fingers to let everyone know that Takeoff is in his prayers and he is sorry he will be missing his funeral.

Meek's good buddy Justin Bieber will be performing at the service.  Tickets are sold out.

Takeoff was shot to death in Houston earlier this month.  So far there are no suspects in his killing, which was witnessed by dozens.
