Comic book villain Martin Shkreli is making a new claim.

On a recent Periscope chat, the uber-troll teased that he has his hands on a famous unreleased rap album. His followers guessed it was something from Tupac, Eminem, Jay Electronica or Lil Wayne's Carter V.

Shkreli then revealed that he had just bought Carter V -- which he says makes his notorious Wu-Tang purchase "look like nothing."

Next, he excitedly played a snippet of a new Wayne song.

"Should I release to the public ... Birdman might kill me," he said.
Shkreli wouldn't reveal how much he paid for Carter V, or who sold the "2 CD tape" to him. Later in the chat he played another snippet.

Jump to the four minute mark for the reveal.

Are you buying that as Carter V?

Update: According to TMZ, Wayne is furious about the leak and his camp is doing an internal investigation to find out if someone passed the song to Shkreli. Birdman has said he doesn't have a copy of the album to leak.
