A scary scene went down at the Hilton Hotel in Atlanta early this morning.

A man who had checked in the night before came down to the front desk looking for 21 Savage.

When the woman at the front desk couldn't locate the rap star, who didn't seem to be staying at the hotel.  The man began pistol-whipping her.  Then he shot her three times.

The woman's supervisor, who was on the scene, spoke to the press after the incident. 

"I wanted to help my co-worker, I really feel bad," he explained "But at the same time he had a gun, so I ran and I called 911. I just wanted to make sure that the police, the authorities got here so everyone could be safe."

The woman was taken to the hospital with wounds to her shoulder and arm.  She is listed in stable condition.  The gunman is suspected to be delusional or on drugs.  No word on where Young Chop is.
