Things have got hectic for Malik Yusef recently.

Within the last 48 hours, he has been accused of forging Kanye West's signature and embezzling $1 Million.

According to designer Phillip Plein, he paid Malik about $1 Million for Kanye West to perform at one of his fashion shows, but Kanye and his camp have never heard about this event.

With all the allegations flying, TMZ caught up with Malik and had a few questions for him.

Malik says he didn't touch a penny of Plein's money and even sent it back once Kanye couldn't appear at his fashion show. Malik insists Kanye was aware of the event, but couldn't end up making it.

Malik insists he's never taken anything from Kanye and barely even takes his advice.

Kanye's camp has come out and said Kanye never committed to anything and had no idea about the deal.

A rep for Kanye also had this to say:

Malik Yusef is certainly in no position to negotiate a deal, receive money, or forge Kanye's signature or sign any contracts on his behalf.

Do you think Malik forged Kanye's name?
