Maino recently sat down on Math Hoffa's podcast and discussed the pain that he feels.
“The streets is painful. Being a real n*gga comes with a lot of pain … It’s a loneliness, it’s just bad some of those days, and it comes with being a real n*gga," he explained. "You got to accept the fact that you in prison and you ain’t telling on nobody, you got to accept the fact that you a standup n*gga, you gotta shoot and then n*ggas is shooting back, you got to take that, you got to take the fact that you just lost some money.”
Maino then tears up at the 5:45 mark of the clip after saying he never tried to make himself seem tougher or more than what he is.
