Machine Gun Kelly is pulling double duty as a rapper and an actor.
His busy schedule caught up to him this weekend.
MGK performed at the Seminole Casino in Florida on Saturday (which happened to be his 27th birthday). During the cut 'Bad Things' he began clutching his chest, like he was having a heart attack, and walked off stage.
He eventually returned and explained what was going on.
“I got punched in the chest 65 times,” he told the crowd. It happened the night before during a stunt while filming the movie Captive State, which also stars John Goodman and Vera Farmiga.

In an IG post, MGK showed off how he returned to the stage even though medical professionals were worried he may be having heart problems.
for those who saw the TMZ post, here is what happened last night: i took some serious damage to my chest plate/ribs this week and during our 6th song last night I collapsed backstage and thought i was having a heart attack. what they didn't report, was that i went back out and finished that show cuz we're fuckin champions and it was my 27th birthday and nothing can take me away from the stage. #AlphaOmega #EST #XX #YoungGunner
