Lupe Fiasco caused a stir about five years ago when he said Logic was better than Kendrick Lamar.

Lupe revisited that call with notorious Logic hater Joe Budden.  [Jump to 9 minutes.]

"I was lightweight trolling Peter Rosenberg because he was all on Kendrick's nuts," Lupe told Joe. "I was like, 'Logic is better than Kendrick and, then I was like King Los is better than everybody.'"

Budden asked if Lupe was completely trolling when he put Logic over Kendrick.

"I was semi-serious," he says. "You know I don't really care about who's better and who's not. King Los is better than me. On some pure rapping, for sure. Pure rapping, he's better than everybody. Conceptually, I'm a demon.  I will go to battle conceptually with anyone. But when it comes to just raw rapping, nobody's fucking with Los."

Lupe has a history of shading Lamar.
