Lonzo Ball Explains How Future Has More Classic Albums Than Nas

by Daryl Nelson

Lonzo Ball backed up his earlier claim that Future is a better artist than Nas during a recent interview on Big Boy’s Neighborhood.

“I have no problem with him,” said Lonzo of Nas. “I think he’s good. He’s obviously a legend. But I just don’t think his music is like that. It’s just my opinion.”

Big Boy challenged Lonzo after that and suggested he needs better friends who will steer him in the right musical direction. But the 21-year-old stuck to his guns.

“Let’s really get into this,” said the Pelicans point guard. “How many classic projects does he have? Honestly, because people be saying he’s top five.”

Big Boy then said Illmatic, and Lonzo continued.

"That’s one,” he stated. “That’s it! Future put out nine projects in a row that’s all hits. Dirty Sprite 2 is one of the best albums ever. 56 Nights, one of the best mixtapes ever. What are we talking about here? Monster! Like, come on.”
