2 Chainz and Lil Wayne pulled off the seemingly impossible: they dropped a collaborative album together. This marks Wayne's second joint album following 2006's Like Father, Like Son with Birdman, and it's Chainz first outside of Playaz Circle.

There's a bit of a loophole, though. Instead of being a 100% collaboration, Wayne is only on eight of the 13 songs. Collegrove is put out through Def Jam and billed as a 2 Chainz album that just happens to feature Weezy. It's probably the only way they could have released it with Wayne's Cash Money situation still going on.
