We reported three weeks ago that Lil Xan was going to check himself into rehab.
According to his girlfriend Annie, the Xan man is officially in treatment.
"Diego was just admitted into his first treatment. He loves each and every one of you sending good wishes and prayers to him. We thank you all so very much for all the love and support you are sending his way. He will be back soon, with another top 10 album. we love you all xanarchy family," she posted on IG.
With Lil Xan away and getting the help he needs, it's unclear if his album Be Safe will be released anytime soon. The album was originally set to be released today, December 3.
