Thanks to their mutual mentor/father-figure/whatever Birdman, the relationship between Lil Wayne and Young Thug is complicated. Even more so now that Wayne and Baby are firing lawyers at each other.
Thugger has said some provocative things about Weezy in the past, and over the weekend the two emcees seemed like they may have been taking subliminal shots at each other over where to party Sunday night in South Florida.
It all took place on social media, as such beef does these days, and started when Birdman used Instagram to announce a Sunday night party at the club Liv in Miami featuring the Rich Gang. Lil Wayne then got on Twitter to say he was having his own Sunday night party for his mixtape Sorry 4 The Wait 2 at the Versace mansion, also in Miami, and criticized anyone who would go to Liv instead.
