Lil Wayne Threatens To Sue Martin Shkreli Over 'Tha Carter V'

by Daryl Nelson

Lil Wayne's legal team has told notorious troll Martin Shkreli not to leak any more songs from Tha Carta V or they'll sue. They also want him to turn over his copy of the LP.

According to TMZ, Universal Music and Tunechi's lawyers sent Shkreli a cease and desist letter after he released more songs from the album earlier this month, one of them featuring  Kendrick Lamar.

Shkreli bought a copy of the much-delayed album in January. He says he got it from someone who isn't associated with Weezy or Birdman, and that person got it illegally. Shortly after, the 34-year-old was contacted by Wayne's legal squad, and he promised not to leak any more songs.

Wayne's team believes Shkreli is looking for attention, and he knows that by releasing more tunes he'll be in the news again.

Shkreli hasn't responded to this recent threat yet. Now we'll have to see if he calls Wayne's bluff and leaks more songs.
