For the second time, Lil Wayne has suggested he's signed some kind of secret deal with Jay Z and Roc-A-Fella.
During the Camp Frog Gnaw festival in LA this weekend, Weezy switched the lyrics of 'I'm Me' from “I’m a motherfucking Cash Money millionaire," to "I’m a motherfucking Roc-A-Fella millionaire.”
During Summer Jam last year Wayne had declared that he had signed a deal with Hov, but he could have just meant the streaming arrangement he had made with TIDAL.
His latest comments were more specific.
If Wayne has reached an arrangement with Jay it would be a long time coming. In 2004, Hov tried to sign Wayne for the paltry fee of $175,000, which Weezy rejected.
But after a decade plus of frustration with Birdman, maybe Wayne's lowered his standards.
