While that isn't the end of the world for a man of his means, when you add it to the $12 million in liens he already owes the government for 2012 and 2013 there starts to be a problem.
Maybe the need for extra cash for Uncle Sam was why Wayne was cooking beans with George Washington in Apartments.com's Super Bowl commercial.
