Lil Wayne Has Offered Cop Who Saved Him From Death Money For Life

You probably know the story of Lil Wayne's cop friend Uncle Bob, who saved a 12-year old Wayne after a suicide attempt after the other cops stepped right over him.

Wayne actually thought Uncle Bob, Robert Hoobler, had died a few years back.  But when Wayne found out he was still alive he tracked him down and offered that he would financially support him for life if he needed it.

Bob didn't take him up on that offer, but he tells TMZ he has been in talks to join Wayne's team in some sort of role.

Wayne recently opened up about the suicide attempt again during an interview with Emmanuel Acho.
