Now he's getting sued for a hate crime against white people
Last year, Wayne and his entourage got into a scuffle with a doorman at LA's Hyde nightclub, which was hosting a BET Award's afterparty.
The doorman claimed Wayne punched him in the face, knocking him down and sending him to the hospital. He reported the incident to the police, who opened an investigation.
Wayne's camp denied the bouncer's account, and so far Wayne hasn't been charged in the incident.
But now the bouncer is suing Weezy for the assault and also for a hate crime because Wayne yelled "Fuck you white boy!" before throwing the punch.
They doorman seeks traditional damages in the case, and is also requesting a $25,000 civil penalty be tacked on for the "hate crime".
