Eyebrows were raised earlier this year when Lil Wayne was seen double cupping it in Dubai, which has zero tolerance for drug use.

Sources close to Wayne, who spoke to TMZ, say this reckless behavior is part of a general pattern and that Wayne's lean habit is out of control again.

Wayne OD'd on syrup back in 2013, and suffered several seizures afterwards. He cleaned up for a while, but the sources tell TMZ he's back to giving "zero fucks" about his health and has been hitting the drank hard.

We wonder if this has anything to do with Weezy's confusing situation with his "daddy" Birdman.
