Lil Reese Shows Off Crazy Neck Wound [PHOTO]

Lil Reese took a bullet to the neck in what is said to be a dispute over a feature he was paid for but didn't deliver.

Despite initial reports that he was in critical condition, he only spent a few days in the hospital.  When he did get out he posted a video in which he hid his neck.

Now he's showing he wound it its full glory.
