Li Peep died of a drug overdose last night in Tucson, Arizona, where he was set to perform.

The 21-year-old emo rapper reportedly fell victim to fake Xanax that was laced with Fentanyl.

There is a video that shows Peep popping multiple Xans before his show in El Paso, which was Tuesday night.

Peep (Gustav Åhr) got his start on SoundCloud and quickly became one the bigger artists on the platform. He was recently featured in the New York Times and caused a stir a few months ago by coming out as bisexual.
