Lil Duval Involved In Car Crash While In Bahamas [VIDEO]

Lil Duval has been airlifted to the hospital in Nassau Bahamas after being involved in a car crash in the island nation.

Duval was riding on a four-wheeler when he was struck by  full-sized automobile.

The comedian suffered injuries to his leg and head.  He was able to post a video on Instagram in which he was grimacing in pain.

"Somebody hit me in they car while i was on my 4 wheeler. Now my leg broke and i gotta get flown over to nassau and have surgery," he typed.
