Lil Durk Sued $12 Million For Fraud

by HHL JT

Lil Durk may have been double-dealing.

Exceed Talent Capital is suing Smurk for fraud, claiming he granted song rights to multiple companies.

Exceed argues that they paid Durk $450,000 for the rights to his track "Bedtime" only to find that Alamo already owned them.

Then Smurk ignored them when they asked for a refund.

They are seeking $ 12 million in damages.

Durk's team has not commented on the case.
