Lil Baby said that he and Lil Durk have been steady working on a joint album after first discussing it on social media.
“Aye y’all tell @LILDURK let’s drop the tape f*cc," wrote the Atlanta rapper on Instagram Stories earlier this month.
“If we drop a tape the streets gonna be in a headlock fasho," Durk responded.
Then during an interview with MTV this week, Lil Baby gave more details about the album.
“Me and Durk be locked in every night. That’s the new one. We coming. Me and Durk are dropping an album for sure,” explained Lil Baby, who recently said he plans to follow in Jay-Z's footsteps.
